Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use the IdeaPilot marketing site and platform, what you can expect from the service, and the responsibilities that apply when you create an account or purchase a project build.

Last updated: 14 May 2026

1. Using IdeaPilot

IdeaPilot helps users plan, approve, and launch business systems through guided discovery, blueprinting, payments, managed build workflows, and post-launch change handling.

By creating an account, signing in with Google, accepting the legal prompts, or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these terms together with the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old.

Each account is personal to you and must not be shared or used to bypass platform limits, private-beta access rules, or partner programme controls.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Discovery and blueprint work happen before checkout. When you decide to build, the applicable project build fee, selected plan, billing interval, and any eligible discounts, partner pricing, or promo codes are shown before payment is taken. Stripe processes card payments securely on our behalf.

For self-serve plans, recurring billing starts only after a successful launch unless we explicitly state otherwise in a custom agreement. Done-With-You / Custom work may be scoped and quoted separately.

Third-party provider charges for your business, such as payment processing or domain services, remain your responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use IdeaPilot for unlawful activity, abuse the service, upload harmful content, create fake referrals or partner claims, or attempt to bypass platform controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if use creates a security or abuse risk.

5. Ownership and liability

You retain ownership of your business information and content. IdeaPilot retains ownership of the platform, templates, orchestration systems, and related intellectual property.

IdeaPilot provides planning and software tooling, not a guarantee of business performance. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@ideapilot.ai.
